Hubcon’s large-scale, high-availability customer service platform. I work across the .NET backend, the React frontend, channel workers in Node.js and Go (WhatsApp, WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram, Facebook, Infobip) and the Kubernetes infrastructure behind it.
